Key Account Manager

Working in the Sales department, our Key Account Managers contribute to the development of Twenga’s different commercial levers according to their geographical zone. They manage customer relationships on a daily basis and are responsible for upselling and cross-selling our solutions. Besides excellent interpersonal skills, they are action and results orientated. Being comfortable with data reporting and statistical analysis, Account Managers carry out regular performance reports, followed-up with recommendations. Of course, their challenges are to establish sustainable relationships and to both develop and optimise their accounts.
