Bastien Duclaux
CEO and co-founder

Bastien Duclaux founded Twenga in September 2006 with Cédric Anès, who he met 10 years earlier at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST).

As inventors and entrepreneurs, they shared a vision to use innovative technology to create an e-commerce company that would quickly develop on a global scale.

Before achieving this goal, Bastien held several roles in large business strategy consultancy firms such as Roland Berger and OC&C, as well as with state-of-the-art technology start-ups such as ez-login.

Cedric Anes
CTO and co-founder

After graduating from Télécom ParisTech, Cédric Anès started his career in 1999 with Accenture.

Fascinated by the potential of the Internet, in 1998 Cédric started writing Comprendre facilement Internet (Easily understand the Internet) then later founded GlobeTalkers and developed an instant messenger platform which would be integrated into over 30,000 websites. In 2002, Cédric launched Favoritoo, a bookmark management service which has been adopted by over a million users.

After 2 years of research and development, he founded Twenga with Bastien Duclaux in 2006 and invented an indexation technology to revolutionise online shopping.

Olivier Jolly
Chief Finance Officer

A graduate from The Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Olivier joined Twenga in April 2015 as Chief Finance Officer.

With over 20 years of experience, he has held several CFO roles for major French players including Voyages SNCF and Neurones.

Marie-sophie Morawe
VP HR & Legal

With a master’s in International Economic Law and more than 15 years of experience, Marie Sophie joined Twenga in January 2009, where she currently works as VP HR & Legal.

Previously a senior consultant, for over 5 years Marie Sophie lead a series of complex missions in several fields for large European players including Carl Zeiss, Lafarge and Materis.

Gael Devos
VP Solutions Development

A graduate from HEC School of Management in Paris with a master’s degree in Business Administration, Gaël has over 10 years of e-commerce expertise in business development, product management and marketing roles.

Gaël joined Twenga in 2011 as the Director of Monetisation, and later evolved to VP of Solutions Development.
